Hiu Ng is a Chinese social entrepreneur based in Beijing. Prior to founding her own organizations, she worked for a variety of high profile interactive Chinese media groups under the Chinese Ministry of Culture and State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and served VP for Media for China's 3rd largest 3G manufacturer, New Postcom. In Dec '08, she was recognized as one of the "World Economy Top 10 Outstanding Chinese People for her Contribution to Culture and Arts" at the 2008 Asia Pacific Annual Chinese Council for Investment Financing for her work during Beijing Olympics and she was invited to speak at the Centre for International Governance Innovation '08: China in the Shifting World Order at Waterloo, Canada.

During 2009, Hiu launched 2 Clinton Global Initiative commitments in China and organised the youth program with British Council, Ministry of Science, and CCTV under the Joint Declaration for Climate Change signed by Premier Wen JiaBao and UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown. She was invited to attend the 2010 World Economic Forum Davos; she delivered a speech as a Female Youth Leader at Global Summit of Women in May 2010; she was founding partner to World Climate Summit at the COP 17 United Nations Climate Change conference held in Cancun, Mexico Dec '10 and was invited as Youth Leader to '10 year anniversary' of Boao Forum 2011 with President Hu Jintao making keynote speech. Moreover, she is an active member of the China Association for Women Entrepreneurs and set up the UCL group under the influential State Council thinktank Western Returned Scholars Association UK Branch.

Hiu is an important voice for change in sustainability and social responsibility dialogues in China having successfully used social entrepreneurship, sustainable innovations, grassroots projects and rural development as tools to support a harmonious transition to a peaceful, clean, green and happy world.
